SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders shipped and delivered to a valid address on Mondays to Friday, excluding major holidays.

It is important to us that you receive your shipment as quickly as possible. We provide tracking information for all packages via email.

TRACKING DETAILS

You will receive your tracking details once your order has been processed and is ready for collection from the courier.

If you attempt to track your order immediately after receiving your tracking detail email, you may see an error on the courier tracking page.

Kindly allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to activate. This will allow time for your tracking details to generate online.

If your tracking details do not update for more than 48 hours, please reach out to us via the CONTACT US section on our website page so we can review this for you.

Note that the days mentioned provide a guideline and that shipping timeframes may be subject to change.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, Pixie Inks Aesthetics does not accept any returns because we cannot restock opened or used returned products. We urge you to open and inspect your package when you receive it and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your shipment. If you wish to exchange an unopened product, please review this policy in full first and then email us at pixieinksaesthetics.com to discuss the reason for your exchange. Please note that items that are discounted are FINAL sale.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED

Please ensure you are available in person to receive your package, as we are not responsible for stolen packages. Customers may request a waiver of signature however please note that Pixie Inks Aesthetics is not responsible for any stolen packages upon delivery or damaged items due to weather, such as freezing if a signature is not required. We are not responsible for missing packages however we will do out best to provide proper information to our shipping provider and assist by opening a missing package investigation.
If a claim is closed in your favour, a
replacement package will be sent out.Please note that it can take up to 15 days for a missing package investigation to be completed. No refunds will be issued. If your shipment arrived damaged, proof of damage or defect needs to be sent within 3 days of the delivery of your package to initiate a damaged package investigation. Please email our team at pixieinksaesthetics.com to open a claim. Please note, that it can take up to 7 business days to process this claim.

CANCELING/CHANGING ORDER

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at pixieinksaesthetics@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try our very best to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped cannot be canceled.
